Chantal is an Honours Graduate from the Dawn of a New Day Academy Class of 2006. She obtained the title of certified master groomer with IPG (International Certified Groomers) and CPPS (Canadian Professionnal Pet Stylists) in 2015. As a lifetime member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists, she holds a high standard of quality in the salon. Through the years, she has developed a cat grooming service, and went to South Carolina to become a certified feline master groomer with NCCIA (National Cat Groomers institute of America). She has also been an instructor of the grooming assistant program at Algonquin College. Chantal specializes in terrier breed trims and handstripping wire coats. Her favourite dog breed is the Airedale Terrier.

Prior to grooming, Chantal worked as a licensed physiotherapist for 20 years. She now combines her love for animals with her experience in physical care.

 She shares her life with her mini Wirehaired Dachshund Picottine, Cairn Terrier Frimousse,  Yorkshire mix Gaston, Bichon Frise Mimi Le PooPoo, Havanese Teddy and Pomeranian Spencer.
